Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased for RankRadar (the "Service"), operated by Mengyuan Gan. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

1. Free plan

RankRadar offers a free plan so you can evaluate the Service before paying. We encourage you to try it before subscribing to a paid plan.

2. Refund window

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to your first payment for a new subscription.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time before your next renewal to avoid being charged. After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

4. How to request a refund

Email us at dengbin5872@gmail.com with the email address used for your purchase and your order/receipt details. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. You may also contact Paddle directly via the help link on your Paddle receipt.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available where: (a) the refund window has passed; (b) there is evidence of fraud or abuse of the refund policy; or (c) the law of your jurisdiction provides otherwise. Where local consumer law grants you stronger rights, those rights apply.
