Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RankRadar (the "Service"), operated by Mengyuan Gan ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

RankRadar is a software-as-a-service tool that helps Amazon sellers analyze product rankings, keywords, and competitor performance. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Accounts

You must register an account to use most features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions, billing and payments

• RankRadar offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Agency), billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and payment data; your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
• Paid plans renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change with prior notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data; (c) reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without permission; (d) overload or interfere with the Service's infrastructure; or (e) violate Amazon's or any third party's terms while using the Service.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own business purposes. Data you input remains yours; you grant us permission to process it to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service provides analytics and estimates for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, sales, or business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
